Hello, I’m chauntele
I know what it feels like to have built a life you’re proud of and still ask, “What do I want now?”
For more than 25 years, I built my career in corporate America. I became the woman people could depend on – the one who handled things, supported everyone else, and kept moving. But I also learned that being capable doesn’t mean you’ll never question yourself. Sometimes you reach a season where the life that once fit you no longer does. You know there’s more, but you’re overthinking the next step, second-guessing yourself, or waiting for clarity before you move.
That’s where my work begins. I help women reconnect with what they really want, stop outsourcing their decisions, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with confidence. My own journey through transition, reinvention, healing, leadership, and growth taught me that clarity doesn’t always come before the move. Sometimes clarity comes because you finally trusted yourself enough to make one. My faith is also a big part of how I live and lead. I believe God can give you a vision before you feel fully ready to carry it – and at some point, faith requires movement.
